Thanks for Jacqueline's post, I do agree with you mentioned that two parts for tonight, firstly, introdution from our blog weekly activies and how to reflect on our own workplace. Second, the phases what we have discussed below and gathering all suggestions and comments for our final group assignment.

In the final presentation, I will talk about two parts.
ReplyDeleteAt first, I will overview Group Blog, and mainly introduce the layout of Group Blog, and then talk about the article format in Group Blog. The style of our Blog is quite clear and simple, our design purpose is that every member can freely express opinions, and everyone can easily share all kinds of information.
Secondly, I will talk about our plan about group assignment.
At first, everyone will give a brief introduction about our organizations, including the history, culture, current plan, and employees. In order to compare the similarities and differences, we will choose the key words and fill out a comparing table. It is a quite useful and simple way to compare different data.
In the part two, we will use four models to interpret the specific situation about our organizations, including the “Diffusion of Innovation” model, Fullan’s “framework for leadership”, Senge’s “five principles for Learning Organizations”, and Newhouse et.al. At last, we will discuss the key “What strategies does your organization have in place to encourage development, change and innovation”.
