I really appreciate what Azalea summarised here since most of the key points of this module have been included. As for our group assignment, I think firstly, it's necessary for us to sum up what we have written in our blog according to the various aspects stated by Azalea. Also, we may try to read others' answers and leave more comments, which will enable us to compare and contrast our data. I will also share my opinions about what we may collect individually while what may be finished after every member contributes his/her data. Thanks for Azalea's hard work again!

After some discussion, the selected models include “Diffusion of Innovation” model, Fullan’s “framework for leadership”, Senge’s “five principles for Learning Organizations”, and Newhouse et.al. (2002) Framework.
Therefore, we will delete the part of “Organizational Assessment-performance and evaluation”, and add the model of Newhouse’s Framework.
In fact, we will give our comparison after we finished every analysis of models.
This figure is a reference, we will do some changes when we begin our assignment.
